Cashier

My partner went to purchase at Shoprite at Umhluzi Mall in Middleburg on the 16th of July 2024 and he was assisted by a lady by the name Cynthia Mthimnye. The lady was so rude to him and apparently it was not the first time she's been doing this to him. She called him names and body shame him. She asked if how brave of him to come and pay to her teller knowing that she doesn't want him and that he is smelling. Today he to the matter to the management and they ignored him not considering the fact that my parent is been treated unfair by their staff. Please assist
