Cash voucher withdrawal

Shoprite Newtown Junction, Zanele cashier and Thembi supervisor need to go for customer service training. I wanted to withdraw cash voucher from Standard Bank R500, Zanele told me that she only has R200 and then I asked which other cashier has, she said that she wont go to the other cashiers asking them 1 by 1 if they have, with an attitude. I then asked her nicely as to what i must do next meaning if I should wait or come back later, she then called Thembi the supervisor and asked if anyone has money, Thembi with an attitude said they don't have money because everyone is withdrawing, whilst still waiting for a way forward Zanele started servicing the next person completely ignoring me.
