Cash visa card not accepted

Good day <br> I was in your cravenby store this morning buying groceries. I am normally able to use my cannal cash card anywhere as its a visa card with cash on. At the till point i cravenby till could not go through this was a huge inconvenience as I had to pay by alternative means making me short on other stuff. I am not happy this is a cash card and the fact that all atores except shoprite accept the card is not on. Please look into this as I would like to know why was the transaction declined. Thank you
