Cash problems

Just don't get it. Why is it so hard to get cash after they sent u. Its like they complain like they are giving u the money. But its your money. They say they don't have money. The system is offline. But they still do deposit.

Is it not the same system they use?

Been to shoprite 4 times just to get the money. What if I needed that money to go somewhere and I didn't have any cash.

This can't be right.
