Cash back withdrawal

About 15 minutes i go i went to shoprite in bara, i went straight to money market and asked the not so friendly cashier for cash back money and all they said was, they don't have money, i must go ask at the tills, mind you "i have to be the1 asking for myself" i went to 3 tills and non of them were of help, and no1 was bothered, i then went to the management booth and asked there and i was told its late on a sunday, i don't know the cash back policy but i think it should be handed out to customers because we can't be reading about yee yee you can do cash back with shoprite then when you go and ask for it, you get a total different story, keep in mind i work for woolworths and i know what customer service means, your employees lack a whole lot of that, theres no smile, no greetings, even when you greet first, there's some "am bored attitute" you will receive, shoprite is a very enormous trade than most shops but there isn't anything to look up to when you get there. Employer must do better in enhancing shoprite staff, it sucks, its pathetic, it can only survive in the black market because really, in the suburb area it wont survive
