Cash back not given

Good day. I was purchasing a few items that amounted to r95 at shoprite i asked for a cash back and the cashier assisting named Gugu mtsweni did not give me any cash. That was on the 11th of november i was advised to open up a case for my money to be refunded. I did as instructed and the manager (rowland)at that time also confirmed that i did not get the cash back(amount of r600) as requested as they checked the footage, however now doing a follow up i am told that they is nothing that shoprite can't assist me with as the manager has now changed to tshepiso and as they isn't much proof that i did not receive the money and they also took the slip. I am very much disappointed with the outcome as well as the negligence of its stuff and everyone involved in the case. The case number that i opened is 410/12/2020 by SAPS.

I plead that i am given back my r600, after all the time and money I've spent to do a follow up.
