Banks want us to get cash back at the retail store, I received a bad service from Londiwe at Shoprite Albertina Sisulu road Johannesburg, she refused to give me cash back, telling me that she doesn't have money but when she open her till I can see she has money, I waited until I got it. Shoprite cashiers please stop telling customers you don't have money.
