Carelessness of stafff

Today i was at shoprite Maynard mall in wynberg the experience that i had on that store is so bad the is no customer service and cashiers are careless

It's month end and busy days but only five tills that are working out of 17/19 people that are working are to slow

Even managers have no customer service Till packers are not helping customers (the was a customer in front of me that took a packet without barcode a till packer must help the customer and go to get another packet that has a barcode)

Mr Adam the branch manager must take action against that in till 8
