Good day good people on the 28th of September 2023 my car was hit by a shoprite truck from the back,I then followed every procedure regarding claims and all but now I am being ********** by their lawyers paladin.they offering me R19000 on a car that was written off and now when I'm disputing the offer, The person who is incharge of this case is not responding to my emails his name is mogau mokgakane. I never asked for their driver to hit me my car, it's not my fault that the driver was sleeping even the assessment that was done on my car was never sent to me.
