Bus ticket refund

I went to shoprite site b for refund of my bus ticket yhoo i don't know who hired the staff there they don't care about customers at all at first they told me to go ti intercape I have to call computicked myself to find a number for them so that they can confirm everything even after those efforts they were unable to assist me i left the store without getting my refund even their controllers are so *********** and rude because I stood there for more than one hour's but when the cashier asked for their assistance they refused to help i feel like I was there to beg them for their money but all i wanted was my money of which they failed to give it to me shoprite site b i s a disgrace place
