Branch makes its own disgusting rules!

I accompanied my mom in law on the 2nd of June to the Shoprite in Phumula shopping centre in Roodekop to get her SASSA grant and I was told that they do not offer that facility after 17:00. I was taken aback as tis never happens at the other Shoprite branches, I subsequently went to the Pick n Pay in Chris Hani Mall. The next day I went there to send money via the Moneymarket service, there was only one person working that station! Surely they should know that such facilities are in demand during these times of the month.
