Box falls on my head and all I get is a sorry

<p>I am a regular shopper at the Shoprite Checkers at the Boulders mall and in between the Isle's whilst customers are walking the workers have their trollers and boxes and busy packing up the shelves. One of the workers was standing at the bottom and the other on top of the shelves and the busy throwing boxes to set on the top shelf. A medium size fan box fell on my head, hit my hand and back onto the floor, because the guy at the top did not catch it, I was horrified, my hand had a small cut which i did show to the manager. The guy that threw the box was apologetic but the guy on the top had a smirk on his face which irratated me. I went to pay for my items and called the manager and did complain about this but all I got was a simple sorry and it will never happen again, later that evening I had a really terrible headache because of that box falling on my head, simply sorry is not going to me me happy, the only reason why i am writing this post as i was at the checkers again yesterday and I noticed the same thing happen, throwing things in the air to set your shelves whilst customers are busy shopping.</p>
