Bought a voucher which I can't redeem
I bought a 1VOUCHER and when I attemp to redeem it is giving me an error message that it has been redeem. I am the only person who has excess to the information of the recept except the casher.

23 Apr 2026, 08:37I would like to clarify and confirm that the voucher is now active the problem was with the provider not shoprite. The issue has been resolved. And I apologize for my frustrations being directed to the wrong company
