Bookings for flight at Newtown computicket

I did a booking at Shoprite computicket on Wednesday at around 12h07pm for a flight to Durban which the date was suppose to be the 20th November and return on the 223rd November .When i arrived at my work place and thoroughly checked the tickets a wrong month was written on it , it said 20th October to 23rd October , i went back the same day and was told i should call the airline they cannot fix the error because they are a third party , i called the airline but they said they are the once who are supposed to fix the date not them since i bought the tickets via computicket , please assist me in this regards .As i have booked for 5 people i can not afford to loose the money
