BONGEKILE - SHOPRITE DAWN PARK

Bongekile from Shoprite Dawn Park should honestly work on her approach to customers, imagine a staff member at a store telling you she doesn't work there because you needed help at a certain department. Her approach to me and how she spoke to me was rude. I wish people would realize that the working environment is not a space to play with. We cannot be sitting and chatting at till's while customers need assistance. Visiting Shoprite Dawn Park at 8am on the 19th March 2022 was an awful experience all thanks to Bongekile. She didn't even have her name tag on I had to ask one of her colleagues, I hope she gave me the correct name.
