Boitekong mall service AGAIN

Yesterday 05/08/2019 i went to boitekong mall shoprite and till now am wondering why on earth is shoprite paying those useless controllers how do you cash out all the cashiers at 4pm when its peak time and leave 3 tills plus 1 express till to assist customers with line so long i literally spend 2 hours on the que and they be walking slow on the floor ignoring the fact that they are under staffed to top it all off one of the controllers by the name of sarah i swear she is the worse of them all i approch her to ask why they dnt have sufficient cashiers she gave me one look as i kept saying excuse me 3X and she walk passed me as if i was not talking to her left me at the cigarette counter never bothered to come back to me. Such disrespect i am a paying customer and i expect the 'controllers' to assist if i have query am not sure what customer service training you guys provide but she needs to go and attand.
