Beyond horrific experience

I went to Shoprite with my partner today, we were there to buy cigarettes but we were told we can’t be at kiosk but must follow the grocery queues, rudely so, but we obliged. Thereafter whilst waiting at this long queue the other cashier opened his till and I quickly ran there and patiently waited, when he removed the trolley from aisle he also rudely said “I DID NOT CALL ANYONE HERE!!!” of which I rep**** “I AM ONLY WAITING ON YOU TO OPEN, AND THERES NO NEED TO BE RUDE BROTHER” he then went to park the trolley, stalled by going to talk to his other colleague by cigarette kiosk (yes there was still staff at the same kiosk we were chased from), then came back after stalling and I just took his name by reading his badge and allowing my partner to do the transaction as I was already upset from the treatment and service which lacked urgency and respect. The cashier’s name is Lindokuhle Khanyile. If you can, please check footage to back up what I just reiterated. I’m from Johannesburg visiting Durban and I’m sure this is not the service you want Shoprite to have especially catering for tourists and visitors by the beach.
