Beyond dissapointed

I was assisted by Nomfundo Joko she didn't give me enough change. Checked the slip outside and realised my change is not enough. I kindly went back and told her. She told me "you customers like to check change outside and come back and rob us " I asked her not to speak to a client like that. She rep**** "Done and nothing you can do" I am beyond dissapointed because I work in a customer care division and I assist my customers in the best of my ability. She is dumb as well so what I shoved the money outside there's still camera to see if she gave me change. She is dumb that shoprite will lose clients. We do our groceries there but now to me that shop don't exist
