Shoprite managers do not care about the safety of their customer, yesterday the 31/03/2021, i was ****** inside Shoprite while i was busy buying my groceries. On reporting this matter to the security, i was told to open the and come back with case number, i did that, i went back today in the Morning with case number and The Front line manager, Mr Rhodes did not care at all, instead he told me there is nothing he can do, and what do i suggest that they do as this happens everywhere and, i should come with police, i then came back with police so that they can view the cameras and see who did this to me But instead we were sent from pillar to post, they made us wait more than 30 minutes, telling us that the person who was on duty yesterday is off, I found managers in there that they do not care about us customers Also i was not the only person that was ****** in side Shoprite, while i was talking to the security about the matter yesterday another woman reported that her phone was taken in her pockets while paying as well and Shoprite and their manager are not doing anything they see this as "normal" inside their business They do not care about customers, they care only about the bottomline
