Best service

This is a compliment for Nobesuthu Maseti and her branch manager Adeeb Mallum from the Maynard Mall store for their outstanding service in our time of need , they have really changed my perception regarding service at Shoprite.

Background to the story On the 17th of September 2019 we bought tickets for a trip to Hanover , this was a return trip , somehow the cashier booked an incorrect return ticket upon picking this up we went back to the cashier for a correction which was done incorrectly we came to know of this when we were about to board the bus , to our surprise our booking had been cancelled by Shoprite even though we had a slip showing that we had payed for the trip , long story short the cashier cancelled the whole trip and booked 2 return trips from different buses . All of this took place afaf 18:30 there were no more buses for us to book and we were 2 ladies sitting in the dark in Cape Town , so we called the store and lucky for the branch manager Adeeb to the call and i layed down the story , he dealt the situation with empathy got Nobesuthu involved between the 2 of them they came up with a solution that we could accept , they made sure that we made it to our destination on the day we had intended to , yes we did not leave on the day we meant to but the way they dealt with us made up for it.

Keep doing what you are doing , you really made us feel valued and to be honest it's not something i expected from Shoprite.
