WOW, awesome service! Sent an email just to find out if it is possible to order spare parts for my platinum pressure cooker. My email was answered immediately, I had someone phone me from Shoprite Head Office to ask what exactly I was looking for following up with an email with picture. When they located the part they phoned me and got my address and delivered the part directly to me. I would recommend them to anyone, they still know the meaning of customer service. Thank You!!!
