Few weeks back I made a Complaint to Shoprite Facebook page thinking no one will respond ,but to my suprise they contact me and addresses my issue in a very professional way

threated me as if im their only customer (Mr Soobramoney) not 100% sure and the Mananger (Vusi) at the meat market Shoprite West Street Durban we owesome.
