Best consultant ever for Shoprite

I spoke to one of the agent in one of the call centre of Shoprite-Extra savings which deals with queries. I went to the store in Shoprite Kuilsriver but my new card for Shoprite was not working and I call the call centre today and the consultant informed me why and also assisted to link my card with checkers. The consultant was very polite ,friendly and I forgot the name but the refence of the call was 349468. Its rare at shoprite to get a friendly staff, its been years using Shoprite but this is the first time getting good service from the company
