Below average customer service

Today at about 14:30 I visited New Brighton Shoprite with few items standing at an express till pay point. I stood at a queue for an hour where a cashier was busy with shoprite staff member, and after staff members transaction they carry on talking to each other , the right hand side of the cashier there was a male staff also chatting with the 2 ladies , cashier and the female staff member. At this queue we were about +-20 , myself and other customer from the queue tried to find out why now there's no movement, the cashier told us that she's been asking for an assistance from her supervisor who's not responding, then I screamed calling for the supervisor to come and assist this cashier as we were there to be served and leave the store and also mentioned that we 've been there for quite a long time, they must treat us customers with respect and dignity, otherwise they are chasing us away from their work place.

Suddenly lady supervisor came and assist the cashier and left us without apology or saying something to calm down the situation ,instant other staff members were by passing our till point I don't think I will ever go to that shop anymore because of such a bad treatment, each one will inform his/her family and friends , I promise you .... they must keep on treating us like that ..... and good luck.
