being called *** by a customer and staff memebrs laughng as of its a joke.

On Saturday the 14th September 2019 I send my little brother to buy me cooldrink with R100 he came back with R35 change. because the cooldrink was R15 I then asked him why u giving me R35 change cause I send you with R100.i send him to go back and go ask for the change more then 3 times he came back still with out my change. he then told me the manager asked him to come back at 8pm when they close so they can cash up or he must come back tomorrow, I then went with him to shoprite to talk to the manager.the manger told me the cashier was over with R50 he then gave us but he didn't even apologise or anything.so there was a customer who was drunk en was busy shouting that hey you *** n Zulu[stabane] he kept on saying that screaming en the two cashiers were laughing so hard that I almost cried the manager was just standing there giving me an attitude for collecting my change. he didn't even bother to stop the cashiers for laughing at me. the guy kept on making a fool of me calling me *** cause he sow the cashiers laughing about it, even the customers in the queue was so shocked to see the staff laughing at me instead of calling the security. as iam their customer I live just next door to shoprite so that's were I do all my shopping ,I would like to know is this how they treat customers in their store, im so hurt that's why I had to write to hellopeter. I was humiliated as their was customers instore
