I went to shoprite dobsonville on Monday the 05 August 2019 to do a cashback of R400 using intellimalli card and the cashier by the name of Phethile said the card declined it says void something where as on my account the money went out. And they said it will reverse I must give it atleast 8 hours and it did not. I went back the next day, it was excuses again from the Manager called Penelope I asked her to send an email to Intellimali to confirm with them this whole thing. These two merchants has been sending me back and forth. Intellimali is sending me to check up with Shoprite and shoprite is also doing the same and they have no way out to help me get my money back. At Shoprite they treating me like Im bothering them and intellimali is dropping my calls. Im like a headless chicken. This is my NSFAS money i need it to buy books. I am extremely angry by their service. Till now there is no solution and none of them is willing to help me.
