beating up by security guard

<p>28th August 2016 , i purchased good at shoprite U save in brixton gauteng , </p> <p>the security guard wanted me to stand in the que which i was explaining i cant stand outside with my parcels as it is dangerous and i will get ******. </p> <p>he wanted me to stand on a slope which i explained i would fall because i had extremely high heeled shoes .</p> <p>so this security guard refuse to speak in english and paced up and down where i was making comments that i was ******* , i commented that his mother was a ******* for not teaching him manners , </p> <p>still in the que now reaching the front i reached for my phone he ran towards me and smacked me twice and held my arm down.</p> <p>no manager nothing ! i addressed social medial Usave instantly to complain they informed me that they will investigate.</p> <p> </p> <p>i received a call back the monday 29th August from them apologizing but making it clear they have a disclaimer instore that states you enter at your own risk.</p> <p>I entered to shop an d pay a bill not enter to get beaten up </p>
