Bakery selling old rolls
I have bought garlic rolls and a block of cheese, from Checkers in Cape Gate Mall on Sunday, for our lunch the next day,we are 5 in the household, each 1 got 2 rolls and there were still 2 left.which cost me R83.99 and the cheese was R89.99 with the discount. on Monday at tea time i wanted to eat my rolls and discover that the rolls were stall,i send Shoprite Checkers and email, cause nobody is picking up the phone,Elisha Classesen ask for the receipt and pictures.which i did send.
when my hubby come from work he told me the lunch was nice, the rolls was old,and i told him i did send in a complaint.
she come back with a voucher for R100 because i only send her pictures of 2 lunch boxes with 4 rolls in. thats why she is giving me a R100 Voucher for the inconvince ,R80 for the rolls and R20 for the cheese.
i reply to the mail and advice them that i will be putting a complaint on helo peter, she just called ya but i have send them my cell number for the R100 voucher. So a R100 will be suficient according to Elisha.
in this day and age since the food is so expensive im expecting quality especially from Checkers.next time i will drive to Food *****s to get my rolls from them.
