Bakers that don't bake for customers

Ok I a cake kind of guys, So I decide to take a taxi to Tongaat Central for some cake a Bar-One slice to be more specific. I love my cake "alot" and expect a brand like Shoprite to stock such a product. So I walts in believing that I would get the product that my heart desires. All the Shoprite that I have visited before such as Durban West Street and Smith Street you might wait a little but you will get what you need. Now getting back to Tongaat, and ask the not so pleasant lady for a slice of Bar-One cake. Guess what she said "No we dont have that, IT TAKES TOO LONG TO MAKE" she then walks away doing packing for some fruit cakes and Im standing there dumbfounded as to what just happen. Ok I have an alternative to what I can have rather than. Bar-One. Filled with agonizing dissapointment I stand there waiting to give her an alternative to what I would like to have. She carried on doing what she was doing so I ask there other chubby looking one with the glasses is anybody going to help me with what I need rather then serving someone that is behind me. with the slicing of bread. She then has the audacity to ask me if she can help me. So the 10 minutes I was standing there waiting to be served counts for **** huh?? She rolled her eyes at me she tells me I have to wait till she is done with that other customer that was waiting behind me. Guess it was an Indian to a fellow Indian kind of thing. The lady that first attended to me assisted me with a black forest slice. I had to ask her who is the manager on site to get assistance. I went to the from end after getting the cake and 2lt coke. Might not be much but is you running a business it is something..... I then asked the cashier where is the manager here he pointed at him. After paying for the good I walked up to the manager who seemed not to have anytime for me what so ever I then knocked in a corner office to a stock aadministrator and some other dude did not get a chance to look at his name badge who then advised me to speak to the Assistant Manager a very nice young lady who managed to get the busy dude to stand still to get my issue resolved. Brought over these 2 women who don't know what is RESPECT even if it slapped them in the face. I left the store very disgruntled and upset. I wish that these women be addressed in the proper manner and UP YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IT IS ABSOLUTLY ATROCIOUS. Might seem like I am making a mountain out of a molehile but it was really really upsetting. Utter disrespect.
