BAGS MISSING FROM PARCEL COUNTER

Utterly disgusted with service received from Shoprite Town Centre (the one in the mall). On Tuesday 25 August 2015 handed in parcels at parcel counter. When returning to collect my bags (with my ticket), no bags. It was given to another customer. I was told that the process to follow is to put in a claim. But listen to this, you need to provide proof (till slip) in order to show the cost of the items. Hello, what do you do when 2 of the slips are in the bag? Also promotional items that I received from work that day was also in the bag. I needed to provide a letter from the work stating that this is what the items cost. What kind of a service is this? I must now run around to provide proof of what the items cost. Not even willing to replace the items. Customer service at its worst. Not a satisfied customer here.
