Bag-picked

I have been shopping at shoprite for 3 months now and 6 days ago I was ****** in shoprite. The shop was crowded so I didn't notice my bag was opened and my purse was ******. I asked employees who I need to report it to and they referred me to security that eventually only said they can't spot it on the camera. They then said there's nothing they can do but I'm upset because why aren't u safe with a bag in the shop? And they didn't even try and help me in any way. The very same thing happened at another shoprite with my aunt just 1 day ago. I went to shoprite so I could save on groceries but how can I feel safe with my bag ever again in shoprite while there's 4 security personnel in front of the shop and they have people watching on the cameras but still they can't help you? This is the last time I'm shopping there again, now I'm paranoid by every shop i go to with my bag.
