Baddest leader known as branch manager

Hi good day <br> I have never in my life come accross a person in charge being so rude towards staff not even to mention management suppose to be collegs of him. I went to shoprite at the terminus to do my weekly shopping on the 20th dec, when i approched the till i saw someting shocking. The branch manager shoutted at the admin manager calling her a **** in front of customers and that he doesnt even know why she is working there.
