Baddest Customer Service from Branch Manager

<p>I bought groceries from shoprite yesterday afternoon at 16:40, but unknowingly our manager already bought the same groceries. This morning i went to shoprite to refund the groceries waited approximately 15minutes just to get an answer from a manager whether they are going to refund or not. I was called to the office by the Branch Manager Benny Exsteen interrogating me why I want to refund the items gave him my reasons with ATTITUDE he said why dont i go to checkers and take the other goods back. I am very upset to see a branch manager giving attitude and speaking in a unruly manner towards a customer what type of service are they offering at that store. I would never recommend shoprite to anyone there SERVICE STINKS</p>
