Bad .Worst service

Worst service received from lenasia shoprite casheir zanele they said vilakazi was her surname if i remember correctly the girl had the worst attitude yet dealing with customer's ended up being splashed with a can of coke that she threw at me .she firstly exchanged words with my mum as I was trying to calm the situation she had an out burst with me i ended up loosing my cool as well she had a naive to even screem at me yet shes been trained customer ethics she told me I have issues that i needed to deal with as if she knew me personally yet its the first time seeing me.iv never felt this humiliated .ive worked in customer service for 10 years now i was never trained to insult customer's pretty much sure that if i was not black she would have given me a fair service. The sales manager advised it will be dealt with and a call i will receive by Monday on a way forward cause trust me I won't let this go if i cost me to go back there to see action taken of that employee of theirs il go back regional manager that they advised must be notified must deff be the one that calls me .I dnt want any customer to experience what I went through 18.09.2020.
