Bad treatment of staff

Rose "Nic name" Is heaverly months pregnant and has already app**** for her maternity leave which has been approved. This issue we are seeing is that her 7yeasrs of Long Service Leave is not being attended to by management.

The long service Check should have been paid to her by now and her Long service Leave that she is entitled to as all the other employees is not being attended to. She spoke to Julian Bantam "Manager" in the store about all of this and he has done nothing about it. They even reached a point where they argued about this, and he told her "You can call whoever you want but I won't sign off your leave". The store has enough well-trained staff but due to the fact that this might be a personal attack, Julian is oppressing a pregnant woman and abusing his power as a person in charge.

Rose "nickname" call the general manager called Gerber regarding this situation who was willing and cunning to help her but seemingly her contacting the man led to a bit of animosity.
