BAD TREATMENT

I know it is not my business but as a customer i feel the need to have a say. I do my shopping at Shoprite EKHAYA MALL in EMBALENHLE and I have notices the treatment the employees get from their supervisors(HOPE & OWEN) couple of times being there i notices how they talk to their employees and it made me wonder how will we get a proper service from them if they are put down and shouted at everyday infront of customers.

The other day a cashier was shouted at in my presence and i wanted to report Hope but she asked me not to because she will loose her job.

This has to stop, people's lives are being played with, we are all trying to survive, we do not need such brutality.

I would really appreiate it if someone calls me so we can discuss further.
