bad treatement from esther

I took 5kg goldi drumsticks and 5kg goldi wings , when I got to esther's till she scanned the drumsticks then told me that the wings don't have a barcode I must go back to the fridge to one with a bar code , I told her to go get it herself then she sent someone to get it , when it came back I told her I also need to withdraw cash with my purchase , she told me she doesn't have money I HAVE TO WALK AROUND ALL THE TILLS in that shop to get money , I told her its her job to get a till that has money then call me to come swipe there . She got Sylvia at the till next to hers to swipe for me , my bought items were still sitting on her counter and she was busy putting items for the next guy she was helping on top of my food that I have already paid for . Now is this how you treat your customers ? Putting soaps on top of food ?
