Bad to worst

What happened to staff training about customer service?. Shoprite Kagiso mall has the worst cashier and managers. Bad attitude. What happened to full bunch on month end and grant days?? The store is in the middle of Kagiso to be having 4 cashiers working on peek hours. Bring back mystery shopper to enhance the service again. I'm tired of being treated like garbage when I'm paying with my hard earned money. We endure the worst it's either products on promotion are not available. I can't leave a store on my doorstep and walk all the way to Chamdor
