Bad teller attitude

Hi my name is mpho. I like to lodge a complain about one of the Shoprite teller operators. On the 23rd of April, went to do some grocery shopping.after doing everything I went to pay. I had my head phones on, but only one ear was covered. So as I packed my staff to be scanned for payment, out of a good gesture, I thought to myself, where are my manners I didn't even greet the the teller lady( her name is mapete mahlatse Chau. Got it from till slip) Then I asked her lady did I greet you? It's me asking! Only to find out that I pressed the wrong button. With attitude she told me that she greeted me. I told her that I don't dispute it, I could be that I didn't her. She said greeted me and now I want to greet her!! The fact was that I was asking her out of goodwill, but what did she do? she gave me this nasty attitude. She went on to say it's early in the morning, I better not start. I rep**** by saying let's drop it. She asked one of the customers a lady who after paying, was packing her grocery. The lady was honest enough to say that, she didn't hear the teller greeting me but she heard me greeting the teller. The part that annoyed me is the fact that she became angry about it and gave me a bad attitude. My day was ruined. I normally don't right reviews, but someone told me about this site, helloPeter
