BAD SSERVICE

On the 22/06/2015 I was at the supermarket to withdraw money ta money market,I was the 5 person in line when i got there and the time was 10.00 we were not attended to until 30 minutes later and when the started they only wanted people who are depositing the money,meaning people who came 30minutes later were attended first. I was only attended to at 11.30,they didn't apologize or give us any explanation to why we waited this long without being attended to.in front of me was an old women she as well suffered when we asked that they at least attend to her because she is old they ignored us.This is not a good way to treat customers.
