Bad shoprite treatment

Their service is extremely poor they don't deserve even a star money I waited for an hour to get my money from money market, the queue was long but there was only one cashier and a very slow one doing everything lottos, deposit and withdrawals, I wish they can improve their standard after waiting for such a long time in the queue I still had to go and wait inside for a hair spray and a two litters of milk shoprite letlhabile is degrading the standard of all shoprites in South Africa. Pregnant disabled pensioners it doesn't matter to them the are treated the same they wait in the long queue for their turn. The staff is grumpy and the manager just sit in the office customers will c t finish even if a person complains it doesn't help
