Bad servies

I Lina is in a serious trauma due the ******* that was done yesterday at Dube Shoprite around about 16:30 in the afternoon.

What puzzling me that when the help came to assist, we where all kicked outside so they can only assist the stuff not worrying about how we feel or what was taken from us. I was not refunded the money that I paid as this happened before everything was finalized and all our belongings where taken from us including the money, cellphones and let us in a bad state. I would to be refunded and also referred to counselling due to all the nightmares and trauma. We where never asked if we ohk or need assistance due to the harassment from the ******s, as we where kicked like dogs, I then ran to the security next door for FNB to assist, but he advised me that unfortunately he wont be able to assist as he’s not working for the Shoprite, they he was in the same building.

I want to know when I should come in and get all the resources and assistance for my trauma. If I don’t get assistance I would then consult the OMBUDSMAN to intervene. PLease contact me on ***
