Bad servicr

I was at Shoprite square in tsakane, to my disappointment there were only 4 tellers to assist, and no teller at less then 10 items, at the kiosk I was told that the till is not working. And the manager did refuse to speak to me. And if they will check the cameras the queue was long and more then 16 people in the queue is this the treatment that we must get if you will go to the towns if they do see that there are more customer they do open other tills but not in tsakane and we just have to accept the treatment even if you go to check out a security officer must check your till slip and in town this is not practice only in the locations.
