bad service,Shoprite CENTURION MALL

Poor customer service I visited Shoprite centurion mall this morning 05.10.2023. The staff at money market are so childish and playful and lack customer service.They discuss their personal issues while we wait on the que to be assisted. So disappointed at w customer service supervisor and the controller they should lead by example ,but guess what they as playful with their junior staff members.
