Bad services

Please help with Shoprite Heidelberg town Gauteng, the cue was cut while the store is packed, the cashier told us she won't help us because she has closed while we are still in the line. I wanted to buy sanitary pads for my wife, who was in need of them at the time. Also, their staff cannot talk to people properly and the management doesn't assist us as we are always struggling.
