bad services

Yesterday I went to shoprite springs money market to withdraw R200 that was transferred to me. I'm not happy with service that I received because I did not get my money. The person who transferred money for me only had his licence and they needed his id in order for the money to be transferred, so he asked someone in a queue who had an id to assist him transferring the money which he did and the code and password were send to me. Problem is that Mpho (my friend) did not get the person's name from the queue cause he didn't think it was important as I had already confirmed that I have received the sms. Instead of assisting me I was turned away, mind you I had my id number and it was a mere R200 that needed to be drawn. I explained my situation to lady who was assisting me and she did not seem to care. Your service is poor and some things are really unnecessary, it now means that Mpho can't reverse the R200 and I can't withdraw. I'm never gonna use money market again. Terrible service.
