Bad Services

The disrespect this store, Rustenburg CBD (next to Spitz store), gives to its customers is beyond measure. I am at the tore as I write this buying one item and there's no one till opened for less 10 items. I went to pay at kiosk the lady there was rude and didn't greet me and quickly told me there is no code for the item I am buying on the kiosk machine. How dumb does she think I am? I worked retail and when everything is loaded on back office every till can scan everything loaded. Now I have to wait in long lines of people buying +R2000 groceries. Where is the convenience they always pride themselves with? One item and I going to spend 30 - 60 minutes queueing.
