Bad services

<p>Yesterday around 4Pm I decided to go buy my bus tag at shoprite jabulani mall, in the money market the cashier ask me out which route I’m using then I rep**** Naledi to Kramerville twice then she tag the wrong zone. So she asks me to please wait for few minutes maybe someone who’s using that route may come then we can exchange the tags but unfortunately no one came I waited for about 2-3 hours after I waited for so long this cashier(THEMBEKILE) says to me with attitude I suggest that you go to putco explain them the problem they will assist you because buying bus tag at shoprite it is written that YOU BUYING AT OWN RISK. Then decided to go talk their manager but I just wasted my time because he didn’t fix my issue I had to make a plan called a friend to bring me his bus tag because it was already late (7:15PM) and I’ve there from 4:00 BAD SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE I AM SO ANNOYED</p>
