BAD SERVICE/LONG WAITING TIME

I went to shoprite liquor Thulumahashe Mall to buy alcohol that was on markdown, i had to wait for more than 30 minutes because the person responsible to authorise the markdown was still doing shopping during working hours. It took me 3 days to get hold of the store contact numbers as the one on all websites does not work. I got hold of one of the female managers who did not disclose her name and she promised to get back to me regarding my complaint, its been 8 days she never got back to me.
