Bad service worst ever

Today the 10-01-2020 I went to shoprite tembisa plaza arount 15:30 the service I recieved from the cashier was horrible they lady asked if I wanted a plastic I said yes but for some reason she did not ring the plastic... after paying realised there was no plastic... I then asked her how was I to carry my goods with no plastic? With an attitude she said she doesn't knw claiming I didn't answer her when she asked which I clearly did. I went on to telling her she had a bad attitude from the way she was talking to me and rolling her eyes...the casher told me I had an attitude as well i told her that i would have the matter escalated she went on to say if I am the boss then I can do so she went on to say I think I am better because of the institution I work for as I had my name bedge on....all this because of a plastic. She did not have her name tag this is the 1st casher when u enter ther store I would think its till 1 this is the worst experience I have ever received from shoprite I'm disappointed and angry... .
